This makes me mad

I bought this app hearing it can use the 30 second preview, and thats true and sweet, I got it in my videos and what not, but when I saved my videos to my photo library or Instagram it made the whole thing split into 3 sections and looks dumb. It has a tiny sliver of the video on the left, most of the video in the middle, and then on the right nothing but black... I dont know if its a setting error or what he heck is going on but I payed 3 bucks for an app I cant even use yet because it splits the video. PLZ fix it! Its really stupid and I dont recommend it to anybody that wants to waste money on a app that doesnt work. Trust me everybody by not getting his unless they fix it. Does anybody know how to fix it? If so PLZ tell thanks!
